Cabin Cabin Rental Policy
Age Requirement
We require the renter to be 25 years of age to rent the cabin. Cabin rental fees are due 60 days before arrival. Please call ahead to make arrangements if you will be arriving after hours.
Arrival Times
Summer Season arrival is 3 pm and departure is 11 am. Spring and Fall Season arrival and departure times are flexible.
Minimum Stay
During Summer Season the cabins are only rented weekly (Saturday to Saturday). Spring and Fall season cabins have a 3-night minimum.
Occupancy
Our goal is to maintain a family atmosphere. Cabins are for registered guests only and occupancy of cabins must not exceed the allowable amount.Cabin descriptions provide the maxiumum occupancy. Additional people are not allowed. See cabin rates for maxiumu occupancy and prices.
Boat Moorage
One boat slip is included in the cabin rental fee. Cabin customers also have first availability.
Pet Policy
We do not charge for pets however we ask only one pet per cabin please. Pets are to be kept on a leash and not left unattended in the cabins or on the decks. Any excessive cleaning required upon departure of pet hair, urine etc. will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $25.00 per hour. Any damages will be charged at replacement costs.
Reservation Costs and Procedures
A $200 booking fee is required within 5 days of making reservation. Payment in full is due 60 days before your arrival.
Payments can be made by Check, Money Order, authorization on Visa, or M/C, or Discover. We will only accept payment from the person who rented the cabin. Upon arrival, you will need to cover a $300 refundable cleaning and damage deposit by either cash, money order, or our accepted credit cards. Personal checks are also accepted if we receive them 60 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 60 days before arrival are refunded 50% of your deposit. Any cancellation made after the 60 day grace period results in the loss of the entire rental fee. Please note that all cancellations must be done in writing.
Cleaning and Damage Deposit
The refundable damage deposit is used for any extra cleaning, outstanding charges, lost or damage done to the cabin resulting from negligent use or activity.
Final Payment
Payment is due in full 60 days before arrival. You may send check, money order or casher's check. Note that your reservation can be cancelled without notice if we do not receive payment in full by that time. Personal checks accepted when received 60 days before arrival.
Returned Check Fee
We assess a fee of $25.00 for any returned checks.
